Shipping & Delivery

Things have changed in recent months and we’ve adapted our shipping policies to suit a safer, healthier process. Below is an overview of our process and deliver options. For future questions go to our contact page or chat with one of our agents via the Chat window in the bottom right of the screen.

Standard / Contactless Delivery 

To help ensure the health and safety of our customers, our team, and the community we’ve introduced Contactless Delivery as our default delivery option. Contactless Delivery means:

  • We’ll deliver your item(s) to the front door of your house or apartment – please double check box sizes and accessibility if you live in an apartment. Some of our boxes are quite large and may not be able to get up narrow stair cases or into non-service elevators.
  • We’ll knock/buzz, and will greet you at your door while maintaining a reasonable physical distance.
  • If your signature is required we’ll pass it along to you as gingerly as possible.

Standard Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $999* (apply’s to your cart’s subtotal before discounts). For anything under $999 there is a 10% shipping fee.

White Glove / In-Room Set-Up

If you’re a hassle-free kinda-person, then select our ‘White-Glove’ service. Our team will deliver the piece to the room of your choice, and assemble it in place. If required, they will also remove all packaging materials. Please note, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on the order value for any returns without the original packing materials.

Due to COVID-19 we have suspended our White Glove service. We will let our customer and community know once we have it available again.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your order is processed and ready for delivery, our team will be in touch to confirm details and accessibility and to schedule your delivery. This will be the time to discuss any special circumstances and to ensure your purchase will make it into your apartment or house safely and without damage.

Smaller items are often sent via courier such as FedEx and UPS. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but we will share tracking information so you know when to expect your order.

In stock and ready to ship.

Your new Coddle will typically arrive between 1-3 weeks. Everything is shipped directly from our warehouse in Stockton, California.

Before shipping out, we inspect every box to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. Once we’re happy, your couch is rolled out to our loading dock to be picked up by our shipping partners to deliver to your door step.

Attention to Every Detail

We designed our furniture to be convenient and beautiful, not just in your home but also on it’s way to you. Our products arrive in as few boxes as possible and require simple assembly with all necessary hardware (and tools if required) included of course.
